My favourite performances from Woodstock include Ten Years After, Santana, Hendrix. See the director's cut which includes Jefferson Airplane, Janis Joplin and others not in version that was on VHS. Hendrix's Star Spangled Banner, on the Monday morning, is perhaps the most important guitar performance of the whole era.
